Drive thru staff was friennly and accurate
Why, when ordering multiple drinks they are handed out with no sleeves or stoppers? And then the window person acts like she's paying for them out of her salary.
Henry is absolutely amazing! He is always so positive, welcoming, and full of good energy. He truly is such a light and makes every visit to Starbucks a little brighter! Not only does he make incredible drinks, but he also recommended a drink to me that has become my go-to order ever since! You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does and cares about his customers. Starbucks is so lucky to have someone like Henry! 💚☕
The manager at this store has tried four times for me not to get the protein foam on my drink. Today she made it a "policy" of Starbucks to not put protein foam on hot drinks? I would like somebody to confirm if this is true or not. I left this morning without my order. And horrible customer service. I won't come back to the store. Update!!!! I got this email today!!! I want a Refund!!!!!
