Drive thru staff was friennly
The manager at this store has tried four times for me not to get the protein foam on my drink. Today she made it a "policy" of Starbucks to not put protein foam on hot drinks? I would like somebody to confirm if this is true or not. I left this morning without my order. And horrible customer service. I won't come back to the store.
3 times in a row I've received a poorly made cappuccino at this location. Barely any foam when it was just made & bad taste. All other locations don't mess up the drink. The staff at this location consistently don't acknowledge customers. I'll never come back to this location despite being in area every Saturday. I'll either go out of my way to somewhere else or skip the stop that day.
The breakfast burrito is spectacular. The coffee is always magnificent. Starbucks is always the best.
