Tried to order, they told me, hold on a minute left me in the drive through for 10 minutes. I asked if they were ready for me to order never responded drove up to the window. The window was open. There was multiple people they seen me, and then they just ignored me. So I just drove off.
This is not the first time I’ve have had a bad experience at this Starbucks. This situation occurred on 3/16/2025. I’m in the drive-through waiting my turn when I finally pull up to the speaker waiting to order. The two cars in front of me have already been helped and I literally sat at the speaker for almost 4 minutes before someone took my order. I got my order and it was again not made right and more importantly it was literally one dollar more than any other Starbucks in Spokane County. I proceeded to go inside and notic... read more
Slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Went in the drive thru and had to ask two cars behind me to back out to leave. After 20 minutes of waiting only one car was helped.
I don’t come to this Starbucks expecting a good experience, literally ever. However, I think today finally did it for me. I took a bite of what was supposed to be a cheese danish but it tasted like stale, lukewarm pizza crust. To my absolute horror I found cheddar cheese, mystery meat, and ??? who knows what else just…cooked right on there. Not to mention every time I online order it is never ready and takes no less than 15 minutes for one drink and maybe one cheese danish.
