I've been visiting various Starbucks locations across Arlington and Alexandria almost every morning lately, and I generally love them for their cozy atmosphere and cleanliness. However, my visit to this specific location on Friday, September 4th, was a huge disappointment. The place was surprisingly dirty. The tables were so sticky and grimy that even after wiping them down with my own wet wipes, they remained sticky. The staff also didn't seem very welcoming. This review is based on a single experience with a bacon Gouda breakfast sandwich that was purchased at this location. There was some sort of green melted plastic gooey substance in the egg product. I contacted Starbucks customer service via text and phone and to this day I still have not been provided a refund. All they kept offering via an email bot named “Christopher” was $35 Starbucks credit. Unfriendly and bathrooms worse than a truck stop. Stench was filthy and awful. Ironic considering the vigilance with which they will ask you if you made a purchase before allowing you to use it (I made two separate purchases). Fine if you’re going to lock it, and rudely ask if customers made purchases to use it, but at least clean it.
Todos los días pido un un café al principio, me gustaba el café que pedía todos los días y siempre he ordenado hijo porque me gusta lo fuerte que es pero cada día o mi café tiene mucha leche o mi café no tiene mucho café o otras veces tiene más azúcar no comprendo en qué se basan para hacer los cafés, si no tienen medidas porque todos los días mi café tiene un sabor diferente
