Ordered my drink in the parking lot as I pulled up. Threw some trash away as I walked in and the drink was ready when i entered. On a busy saturday at that. 🤷♂️
Slow service each time. One day I ordered food and it was wrong . I said something to the lady and she asked me if I ordered a sandwich . I said yes I ordered sausage egg and cheese sandwich NOT ham and Swiss croissant . She said we can do that. No apology or anything . Then her and the cashie were smirking behind the counter. At least she got my coffee order correct. Since I was charged for the croissant the price is different than the sandwich I was getting it back on my card. Unfriendly and bathrooms worse than a truck stop. Stench was filthy and awful. Ironic considering the vigilance with which they will ask you if you made a purchase before allowing you to use it (I made two separate purchases). Fine off you’re going to lock it, and rudely ask if customers made purchases to use it, but at least clean it.
This is the best Starbucks in the area!! My drinks are always delicious and the baristas are so nice all the time. The management is doing a great job
