Update: Jan 2026 For the past few months this spot has improved a great deal. Namely the service. The folks working there are on it, they’re consistent, they’re polite, and they don’t look like zombies reanimating anymore. Most importantly the orders have been consistently right unlike when I left my first review. So much so that I actually switched back to this story because they’ve had better accuracy and actually keep ingredients in stock. Kyra did such a great job making our drinks. She was professional and helpful. She made our drinks perfectly.Customer service at its best.
I come here couple time of week , some time get problem but it gonna fix it , but , now they policy change it , that how they make the drink before and after , even you get detailed , but it said the drink not allowed full of ice ? I dont aask any extra coffe or flavor , i just ask for fill full cup . They said it not allowed , why they put offer Venti cup ? And salted cream it’s looks like some thin layer on top . And they call manager because of ice , comon i give up , not recommend for drink or service
