This morning I went to starbucks 5019 raleigh st I ordered matcha which I have had before and it was really good but today I ordered 3 matcha and she made me 3 matcha lattes but it was not the one i wanted Then I told her that it was not really what I wanted. I ordered but she made some excuse like she didn't want to change my drink and she wanted me to order something else and she wanted me to pay more but her attitude was not remorseful and I didn't get an apology from her and she was very rude it seemed like she was racis... read more
Nice clean store. However service was ridiculously slow
Very long wait times.
Excellent customer service! Opie was phenomenal, as well as the other morning crew and manager! I'm treated like family.
