Questionable customer service for sure. I ordered 2 cold coffees and it took 20 minutes to receive my order while the two people working made SIX other people coffees before finishing mine, including some Fred Meyer employees. Muttered to me “thanks for your patients” and handed me my venti coffees without lids.. just weird vibes in here.
They have new servers so I changed my rating from one star to five. People make all the difference, a server with a bad attitude can run a locations reputation.
I was at Starbucks today and this white girl with a pony tell and short I think she had blue eyes was being rude and did the order wrong and she kept talking bad about us to the workers and they kept looking back at us
