Jeremy provided excellent customer service. He was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. You can tell he genuinely cares about customers — Starbucks needs more people like him.
Order was made hot when I wanted it iced , my boyfriend instead of waiting through the giant drive-through line decided to go inside. He was the only one inside and it took double as long as it would’ve been in the drive-through line.. Then they placed the coffee which was made wrong on the table without saying his name so he had no idea my coffee was ready… not great happens a lot
