Waited 45 minutes for a pre-ordered coffee while 67 people in the drive-through people were walking up to the corner ordering their drink. Wait in 10 minutes getting it while I was still there. I even checked with the barista. She said someone was working on it right now, and then another 30 minutes went by and then went to the counter and asked for a refund no apology no offer to make my coffee and nothing.
SOOOOO SLOOOOOW. This is the 2nd time we've waited 30 min in drive through....
Quick stop for coffe and use internet. Sat outside nice despite noisy street. Bathroom could be a little better kept (though it was clean)
