Traveling and stopped at this location! Great experience and they were all so kind! The store manager helped me at the front register and she was so amazing!
I brought my daughter to get a drink on Friday afternoon. We went through the drive therw and after one sip of her drink she realized she was given the wrong drink. The sticker had someone else’s name on it. They asked for the drink back and poured it directly into a different cup with a different sticker. We stated there was a sip taken out of this drink and the woman at the window stated “ok” and walked away and then pours the drink into someone else’s cup.
If you like to wait at least 30 mins for your drinks then this is the place for you! It took 40 mins to get our order and then my daughter had a hair in her food. This is not the first time we’ve been here, nor is it the first time we’ve waited over 30 mins for our order at this location. Hopefully I’ll remember to go to a different location next time.
