Friendly staff.
They prioritize the drive through over walk in customers. I saw manager act rude towards a delivery driver after he asked about his order. She yelled that the drive thru. Was a priority. I will not be returning to this location.
The shift manager was very rude and told me straight up that the drive-thru was more important than the people coming in and spending their money I am a doordasher so my time is money I had to wait almost 30 minutes for a cup of coffee and the shift manager got mad when I asked her why was the drive-thru being served before the people inside of the store I think that was very rude and unprofessional
We went there with our employees, the total order was $56.00 my drink was made incorrectly. I called to let them know. They turn around and refuse to make the $8.00 drink over because it’s more the 24 hrs later. Are you kidding me?? As a business owner you should really try and accommodate your customers and wright your wrongs!!
