I really love the honey citrus mint tea but this one was not the best but ok. Seems like it was missing something.
I have had a dozen or so cold brew drinks from this location, every one has been way off from other Starbucks. I get the venti oatmilk brown sugar shaken espresso and there is so much cinnamon that the color is very dark and bitter tasting. My daughter and granddaughter order also and their drinks are always off. We go here because she attends college and it is the closest one. After talking to many people they express the same views on this location.
They literally NEVER have any of the food on their menu. Might as well drive to the other side of town
Drive-through is closed often. Wait time is longer than most Starbucks. Staff always seem unhappy and unfriendly. Out of milks and other products very often. This has been going on at this location for two years. I keep coming hoping for improvement
