Cramped, not big enough for the business they get. Waiting area gets overflowed and overwhelming and you can’t get to your drinks. drinks every time are unflavorful and watery (especially the mango refresher and the matcha frappe so far) The matcha frappe that costs me $6.49 everywhere else cost me $9.04 here, AND it was gross. Came in and ordered a strawberry frappe with extra cookie crumbl, instead I got extra caramel crunch. When i was also ordering the barista seemed annoyed as if she didn’t want to take my order. When i asked the employee if that was cookie crumbl topping she nodded and went on with her day. Restrooms were disgusting. If i could give this starbucks a 0 stars i would.
No ice option selected in the app, Won’t do it and absolutely rude behavior on top of that. Prices are much higher than other locations
Doesnt have no ice as an option and must pay for ice plus the bathroom is absolutley disgusting and on top of that the pruces are alomst double any other strabucks
Your door is a little sticky so we thought you were closed, but once we got in, our barista was so friendly and helpful. I didn’t catch her name and it’s not in my digital receipt, but she was there on 2/14/26 @ 10:36am. We were visiting from out of town and she was very welcoming. Talked us into trying some blonde espresso which was delicious. Started our first morning of vacation off so nicely! Please thank her!
