Tony B. “employee of the month” made some really disgusting and racist comments towards my mother when ordering starbucks here. He said “we dont speak spanish here” and “i dont know what you are saying” in a very derogatory and insulting manner. It is unbelievable that people like this work here, much less Albertson’s Employee of the month. Its not the first time he has done this, but that time with my younger sister. He also did my order wrong, i hope it was out of hate and not because he doesnt know how to make a frappe.

Bad customer service, my matcha was full of clumps and my latte did not taste anything like other locations plus got the wrong milk. Only one staff member working tho. I feel at least hire one more barista, maybe that will fix issues.

I came into Albertsons with the intention to buy a cake but ended and having breakfast at the Starbucks. The girl barista behind the counter was sooo nice! My son wanted to try a caramel macchiato but I didn't want to buy him that, the barista was kind enough to make him a small sample so he could try it. She didn't have to do that but it was a very kind thing to do. Kianey was her name so shout out the other for giving us the best service.
