I charge my car next door at the Tesla charger and usually walk over while charging to grab a coffee. I always order via the app and arrived earlier than I normally do. Unfortunately, today I was left standing in the cold to wait for the drive thru customers to finish because the lobby doors were locked. The employee was very nice but informed me that they don’t unlock the lobby until 7 am. I tried other Starbucks but nothing can compare to this company the employees are amazing and actually take their time to make your drink/food this will ALWAYS be my go to!! BEST STARBUCKS EVER !!!
NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS??? Terrible planning Starbucks. And don’t tell me your employees work all day without a bathroom.
Great customer service and quality food. Takes some time to get to the window to pick up my order. The line seems to stall after ordering at the speaker. Not sure if it's a one way to the drive thru or two way. People tend to get upset when yielding from either side north or south of the driveway. Please confirm!
