I was disappointed by the customer service at this location. I politely asked whether they could switch the automatic machine’s coffee-bean canister to Café Verona because I do not care for the 1971 Pike Place dark roast. Other Starbucks locations have regularly accommodated this simple request, which takes very little time, but the staff here treated it as an inconvenience.
