They try to give you 4 items with no bag and never give you any damn napkins ! Drive thru is the worst
i came in here with my children for a quick little snack while we ran some errands. i think she said her name was aviana. she was the best!!! she made sure we had everything we needed, and was super patient and nice with the kids. thank you for making my day!!
Waiting over 20 minutes for a regular coffee that was a mobile order, that was asked about from employees 3 times while I stood there as order after order left before me was rude and quite unbelievable. Thanks for making me feel invisible, and late for work . Not the first time this has happened here. Go to the new coffee shop next door.
This Starbucks is actually ridiculous. Every single time I come here it takes forever to get drinks through the drive through. The product itself hasn’t been bad which is why I’ve been back, however today I went through the drive through and it took 37 minutes. I’m literally not kidding, this is the longest I’ve ever been stuck in a drive through for any establishment. This is actually ridiculous. Also, whoever the chick taking the order was, sucks.
