We’re starting our regular trip to Phoenix at 6am, and we’re surprised that Albertsons Starbucks was open. Dad likes hot chocolate with muffin and I got the vanilla sweet cream cold brew. Fast service and very courteous!
I was disappointed with my experience at this coffee shop. The cashier came across as rude and seemed like she didn’t want to be there. While I was ordering, she was openly talking about coworkers and workplace drama, which felt unprofessional and made for an uncomfortable atmosphere. Stopped a few times as it was close to my son's soccer. Only one person on line both times and its a 10 minute affair. Incredibly slow.
The workers there make my day every morning. Quick, tasty coffee with a little banter. They make the coffee right here, so skip the drive thru and go here. Shoutout to the manager
When we arrived at 8:40 am, we were extremely disappointed to find it dark and no one attending or any barrista serving. Nothing online stated it was closed. And why would it be? It's after 8:30 AM. You serve coffee.
