I'm writing this review for the Starbucks that is inside the Vons off Chase Ave. I'm a long time Starbucks customer for decades. This was the rudest Barista I've ever encountered. And much of my time has been spent in serious urban environments like big cities with busy, angry people and the the baristas always try to be nice. I ordered a Doppio Macchiato & the barista gave me a blank face then said, I don't think I know that drink. Like, my order was so complicated?!!!!

Eric is absolutely amazing! Such a joy to see his pleasant face daily. I highly recommend this location and it's an extra special gift when Eric is working! Thank you hiring managers for getting it right!

I give 5 stars to Eric hopefully that’s how he spells his name but anyways I loved his attitude he’s a very sweet person and he made my drink just the way I like it. He deserves all 5 stars ! 😄

I attempted to order a simple drink I’ve been ordering for many years. Iced Coffee with white Mocha. (Iced white Mocha) The employee proceeds to tell me there’s no such thing as iced coffee at Starbucks. I’m pretty sure Starbucks sells iced coffee drinks. She proceeds to make me exactly what I ordered even though she says what I ordered wasn’t in existence at Starbucks. This was a bad experience and I will not be visiting this store again.
