Service is horrible and you have workers more worried about pokemon vending machine in front of the Starbucks getting restocked or when the machine timer releases more available merchandise. I've seen a worker tap the machine every 30 mins.
I am here all the time… the service never approved, they still never smile to the customer at least not to me especially that manager, and their pistachio latte tastes like water… and this is not the first time…
I think I don't come back here anymore. I ordered on mobil. But they're taking. No one cook the coffee for me. Waste time 😒. So mad. And when they work still talk. Not clean.no recommended.
You should close the store or change the staff. Hate the service.
