The best starbucks around love Bryce and all the lovely people that work here. Always a warm welcome and amazing quality food and drinks!!!!
This was my first and last visit to this location. I did not feel welcomed during my brief time there. The environment felt hostile due to the unprofessional attitude of the employees. At one point, I removed my headphones and overheard an employee speaking about me, which made me uncomfortable and prompted me to leave. When I requested my receipt on my way out, the same employee attempted to offer me free coffee, which I felt was an inadequate attempt to make up for the poor behavior I encountered.
We've started driving the extra 10 minutes to the Pittsburgh Mills location because this store is getting more frustrating with time. It's not uncommon to stand at the register for a while without anyone coming to take your order, and the drinks take FOREVER here. They often leave one person on bar, one on drive thru, and no one on register because the third person is in back.
