Last time I am using Starbucks, especially this one. Lines are crazy, 8 people working and we are waiting for 20 plus minutes When you ask for an update, response is sharp and rude
I really want to know what happened to the staff that used to work at this location six months ago. They were extremely friendly, helpful, and efficient. This new staff? It used to be one of the quickest drive-thru’s at 6:30am. Now? The newer staff has got the line backed up by seven to eight cars, and there seems to be no sense of urgency when I do get to the window. I’m disappointed to say the least.
