I wanted to use my birthday reward but it wasn’t showing up in the app, but Sasha was able to figure it out ! Drink was very good and she wished me a happy birthday :)
9 out of 10 of the time, my drinks are missing the espresso shots. Extremely ridiculous to pay $5 for espresso shots and get nothing.
The customer service here is the worst I’ve experienced at any Starbucks location. The worker, Erica, had a gross and disgusting attitude during my entire interaction. I said “hello” and she didn’t even acknowledge or look at me when I was at the counter trying to have my order taken. My card had a chip read error and she loudly said “your card declined”. I thanked the male worker when he handed me my drink and got ignored. I would stray away from this place. Weird workers..
This morning on 2-11-25 the eleventh day of black history month mind you,, me and my husband did our usual shopping at Kroger paid and sat down like we usually do, only thing different today was Danielle at Starbucks refused and oppressed the poor us when we asked for hot water. ( Everyone else at Starbucks from weeks early were always kind and gave us hot water especially woman with red hair 👍🏿) .... If you poor maybe just going through hardships in life I would beware unwelcomeing depending on people enjoy the psalm........ read more
