I walked in today and I was standing at the counter ready to order. No one came up to me and then some older man walked in behind me and a cashier came over and took his order as though I was invisible or something. I was straight up dumbfounded. I continued to wait, mostly out of curiosity to see if anyone would then help me. No one said anything despite 4 employees looking directly at me. After a couple minutes I just left.
