the young ladies working this morning were sweet, quiet & so helpful. i havent had starbies in a while- and this really brings me back. Godspeed.
Haven't had a Starbucks in forever, at least a year, thought I'd stop in get something special. And wow did that girl making the coffee have such an attitude! She refused to put my drink in a trenta cup didn't understand the big deal I just wanted everything to fit without a done lid. A little too aggressive giving me my coffee she spilt it everywhere, tried asking about espresso shots on top she rolled her eyes and walked away.
This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Today (Sunday, July 19), two employees one named Jocy and the other whose name I didn’t catch treated my family and me with complete disrespect. They were rude from the moment we walked in, wouldn’t even look us in the eye, and acted like helping customers was a burden. They spoke so fast and so quietly that it was impossible to understand them.
