I go to Starbucks probably at least a few times a month or so and different ones always. And every one of them has always been good.
Sarah was awesome! She was very personable and friendly! She didn't make us feel stupid for not knowing how to use a gift card, we appreciate it.
Starbucks WiFi is something I use frequently, but despite the Barista's assurance that it worked, it failed four times in a row over the last two weeks. Aside from that, there was no WiFi in the mall (it sometimes worked). Despite providing satisfactory service, they receive a one-star rating for lying and WiFi.
I ordered a mobile ordered and waited on the side, the staff seemed more interested in talking to each other than focusing on their drinks. I ordered an extra shot in my macchiato but I get a cup of iced milk. My wife's drink tasted like regular coffee in her shaken espresso, would not order from this place again.
