I made an order online. When I came to pick it up, it was missing 2 items. I was not even paying attention, and the staff was not letting me know. When I went back to them, they said like, “Oh yes, right, we don’t have these items now…🤷♀️” When I asked for a refund, they said they can’t do it here. I should call customer service I was really disappointed. Starbucks has the most expensive cup of coffee in the world, but the poorest customer service ever !!!!!!!
Stopped by Starbucks while at the hospital and tried something new—the Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso with a pump of toffee nut and a light sprinkle of cinnamon—and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The drink was smooth, refreshing, and had a really nice balance between the bold espresso and the warm sweetness of the brown sugar.
