I was on line, then I decided to use the restroom, exactly 17 minutes before close. I saw few chair blocking the restroom, I asked the associate if I can use she said “no, the restrooms are clean now because we are gone close in less than 10 minutes”. I checked my watch and was 17 minutes before 7. Honestly, that was rude. If the store close at 7 pm you should have until at least 6:55 to use the facility, specially if you have the line at the counter. It’s look that Starbucks standards are going down.
Andreah and Nehemiah were very friendly and personable. The coffee was great and made quickly. I definitely will be coming back.
a few months ago, I had stopped coming here due to the staff. but recently, there’s been an entire turnaround in staffing and the new, improved crew is AMAZING. friendly and helpful, it makes my coffee runs much less anxiety-inducing.
The service here is great! They recognize me and have my drink memorized… it can’t get any better than that
Large and clean Starbucks. The leather chairs are very comfy.
