Employees are not trained to handle multiple orders. Employees have a mightier than thou disposition. You cannot get your order on time. And they usually mess up my orders.
Bad service the girl was so rude, wearing a beanie and acted like she was in a rush and it’s only 6:50 pm 11/10/25 if she doesn’t like to be around people she needs to get another job.
Got a PSL (pumpkin spice latte) and it tasted awful. Way too much cinnamon. Took it back for the guy to "fix" it and he made it worse. It was by far the worst PSL I've ever bought. The drive through new Starbucks is more expensive, but their drinks are better.
Nice servers and even better coffee.
