Staff was nice but fumbled the coffees. The coffee was also burnt, blond beans were not right.
Just a simple hot coffee will take least than 30 second to do, but instead took 20 mins. Even longer than my 1st drink with milk, shots, cold foam ?? You tell me! I asked for second time then finally get the hot drink with eyes rolling!!! Do better Maria (or Tanya or whatever A) as she (or he) called self, tall curly hair, fake friendly. People often very nice and friendly, but not this one. You’re ashamed.
This was the worst experience of my life. The coffee was terrible, I waited about 20 minutes only to realize they hadn't taken my full order right . I understand the person was a new employee and was learning, but that’s why the manager is there for to help staff in training. Not to mention the poor service: the staff have no manners and show no respect to customers. People like that shouldn't be working for a respected chain like Starbucks.
