Place is infested with rats, bad customer service, horrible manager talks to employees horribly bad, the person in the front counter looked smelled like he hasn’t showered in days.
Terrible experience! The new staff is rude. At least be friendly if I'm waiting 25 minutes for coffee. What happened to everyone that worked here? I use to enjoy coming here because of how friendly everyone was. Time to find a new coffee shop.
I ordered a pour over Verona and came out piping hot tasted wonderful. The service was fast and very pleasant and professional. I would recommend highly.
