A standard Starbucks experience
I really wish they would fix their drive thru system. I feel bad for customers AND employees who have zero control over the system malfunctioning and completely closing the drive thru. Especially during rush hours. Staff are awesome and really take care of you. I just feel like this is more of an upper management issue. They need to address this!! It’s almost every week the drive thru gets closed. 😭
People are very unprofessional if I could I would evaluate less than one they are very helpful see that you are waiting for an order or mobile order whatever it is they don't ask you your name don't say anything look at your face pretend it's not up to you and everything bad I don't advise anyone to go there
