Incredibly slow at making their drinks. The baristas will be chatting around right in front of you rather than doing their job.
Really poor service tonight employees were really rude taking crap about fixing my drink tall old guy and 2 girls at 8:30pm very disappointed with this service

Just waited 25 mins in the drive thru for a single iced tea. Wild.
Jessie was so nice, she’s friendly and engaging, and has a great smile. Everyone seemed nice and the place was clean. It is disappointing that the ONLY thing you’re allowed to access are napkins - everything else, even stir sticks are behind the counter. Visited again a year later and now they have everything out for easy access. Also the store is still super clean and the staff friendly as always. Great experience here and great location.
