Customer service is not priority here. They always seem to overcharge, and drinks aren’t ever that good. Save yourself a headache and go down the street to different Starbucks!

Got there 15 minutes after they opened service was fantastic attitudes were all positive great people 👍

I placed my order as usual and got something completely different than what I originally ordered. Strike 1. I stated what my order was again but to the guy who had made my drink and he stated, "Oh! That's not on there," while showing me the cup. My response was, "I don't work here". There's no way for me to know what it should say. He goes to put caramel on top of my drink, which is again, not what I stated was my order. Strike 2. They messed up my drink twice and offered to remake it. First time ever experiencing such service where baristas don’t even greeting you, just quietly accepting order with mean face. The young guy that made my iced matcha latte was rude too, just placed the drink not even looking at me without any single word and throwing a straw on a counter. Never ever will I get something from there even though I am frequently shopping at this location.
