Seriously! A bit rude!!! Insisting that customers purchase something from the store just to get a cup of water. It’s perfectly understandable to charge for the cup, but requiring a purchase just for some water feels unnecessary and unwelcoming.
I don't frequent this area of town, but happened to be near this location on a walk. Unfortunately, I decided to venture in for a drink, said a simple hello to the barista and was met with a dismissive gesture to the register while they took care of their zero customers. No one else spoke to me besides a confirmation of my order and the whole experience felt pretty uncomfortable. Definitely the worst part of my long walk in hot weather.
