Slow staff, slow service
The service was good but when I got my drink, I got a hot vanilla chai with no classic, and it was literally 3/4-1 inch below the rim. I get that 1/4 is standard but it just felt extra light and not very full.
Seriously! A bit rude!!! Insisting that customers purchase something from the store just to get a cup of water. It’s perfectly understandable to charge for the cup, but requiring a purchase just for some water feels unnecessary and unwelcoming.
