I’ve given this location one star before, but last week they exceeded their lowest bar. I’d had a few sips of my venti latte when I told my husband, on the other end of my phone call, that I had something chunky in it. I pulled over and found a SPLENDA PACKET STICKING OUT OF MY LID THAT I HAD JUST DRANK FROM. I asked for the area manager to call me. Several days ago. Never heard back. This was gross. I imbibed ink, unknown bacteria, and who knows what.
This is why I do t like Starbucks… $6 for a cup and ice!!
