Excellent service and great staff. They make good drinks and are always super friendly. The first time I came with my one year old who spilled my drink. They were so understanding and helpful and gave me a refill. Great manager and staff!
I've showed up this morning and the door was locked. I'd understand if this was a one off occurrence but it's been like this 4-5 times in the last two weeks. This is usually my go to Starbucks because I love the baristas but I don't want to deal with an unreliable opening operation when I'm trying to get to work.
The last 2 times I have tried going here in the morning before heading into the city the store opened late due to the manager not arriving on time to open. Waited 15 mins the first time and 35 mins the second time and they never showed up. I used to love this place, not sure if the manager changed within the last month or so but this never happened before. This used to be my favorite star bucks as the baristas are very friendly and remember my order every time.
Not quite sure why so many fairly recent negative reviews, as my wife & I have always received nothing shy of outstanding & very attentive service, friendly staff like Veah, and everything is always prepared precisely as requested. This is our favorite Starbucks location, and we live closer to another location in Somerset county, but we choose to go here because of the great service and everything being 100% accurate and on the money. No problems or issues here ever. Highly recommended by two picky people. A+++++
