I work at the hospital and only get 15 min for break. I ordered ahead but the lobby was close and the drive through line was insane. 3 cars sticking out on both directions. When I called to let the associate know I wouldn’t be able to pick up, he kindly offered to walk my order out for me. I believe his name was Josh. Thank you so much, it’s truly appreciated.
I noticed when I ordered anything with Cold Foam the foam always has air bubbles in it oppose to other Starbuck location. I usually go to a different Starbucks, however I live in the neighborhood, and rather not travel further than I need to. I question one of the associates and she said, the ratio of ingredient may be off at times if made too quickly, needless to say this happens pretty often at this location. Spend 7 dollars for a venti coffee, which I did not get I got the cup but my coffee was a little above half full and most of it was froth milk like really might as well of gotten a grande. DO BETTER!
