I live in the area and frequent this location often, it seems every time I’ve gone in the past few months I’m getting very bitter latte’s. I once asked a woman at a Starbucks Store, she was a ‘master barista’, or something like that, why is it some latte’s taste better than others. She said if the pour sits too long in the cup before liquid being added the shot turns and becomes bitter. As I watch my latte’s being made here, it explains the bitterness. Better training is needed
Drink orders take too long. 35 mins and no drink.
Very ,very bad service. The girls working there are rude and definitely my last time at this location.
