I was looking for a specific item and called ahead to the store. The employee who answered was very short with me and assured me that the store had the item I was looking for even when I double checked with her the description. She told me to come to the store. Drove all the way there and the store didn’t have what I was looking for. My issue is that if she had taken the time to listen I could’ve avoided wasting my time and gas.

Parking lot is a nightmare. No one knows how to park. So almost 3 accidents. Nuts Staff has gotten worse. Not friendly at all. Didn't even ask for a name for the order. Packed with people reading books and laptops. No place to ait
@Starbucks.. You've done NOTHING to address the amount of trash blowing around your property from your store which then ends up in the street !!! How infuriating and disgusting of you to line your pockets with revenue and not care for the neighborhood you rely on. Don't waste your time on sending me an apology and a promise to bring this to the managers attention .. Its been months and you've done nothing !
