I watched them refill the strawberry acai with water. Did not taste the same. Gross. Will not be back.
They don't pick up the phone when calling in. some of the baristas are untrained and don't know what's on their menu. They'll tell you to your face that they don't serve certain drinks or that they don't know what you're talking about. Luckily in my case there was a manager to help, but I don't imagine that other patrons tend to be as fortunate.

I stopped going here after I put in an online order for a drip coffee, waited 10 minutes, walked over, only to wait 20 more minutes to be told they were out of coffee... At a Starbucks. Today I wanted a cup of coffee and the library cafe was closed so I came here. I ordered a drip coffee and, after I had already paid, the lady said it'd need to be a pour over and would take longer.
