some of the baristas are untrained and don't know what's on their menu. They'll tell you to your face that they don't serve certain drinks or that they don't know what you're talking about. Luckily in my case there was a manager to help, but I don't imagine that other patrons tend to be as fortunate.
I stopped going here after I put in an online order for a drip coffee, waited 10 minutes, walked over, only to wait 20 more minutes to be told they were out of coffee... At a Starbucks. Today I wanted a cup of coffee and the library cafe was closed so I came here. I ordered a drip coffee and, after I had already paid, the lady said it'd need to be a pour over and would take longer. Whoever worked on Oct/7/25 at around 6:40pmish, learn to check before having to pay the other person who you are attending. I got, or more like wanted. I asked for a mocha frappuccino and a chocolate croissant. The order was paid on the spot, but 20 seconds later the girl comes out to tell me there's no chocolate croissant. She offered me other options, but none interested me, and I was not in the mood for any.
