I ordered a simple iced latte, but they gave me something completely wrong. It was bitter and nothing like what I asked for. This happens too often here, and for the price, it’s just really bad service. I won’t come back.

Order a green tea frappachino and asked for sugar free vanilla syrup, they charge you $.80 extra for that when they charge over $6 is ridiculous. Done with Starbucks l.
Filthy, I have never been to a Starbucks where you had to clean the space before you ate. The pick up area was wet with dripped coffee, I made a comment that it needed a wipe and I got a look, no, they did not wipe it.
