I get coffee from here every morning, and I’ve noticed they have a new team. Everyone is way more friendly and their customer service is GREAT! My coffee is always made right and topped off perfectly with my vanilla cold foam. Great way to start the day! ☕️
Excellent customer service here today March 6th, a new employee helped me out a young lady and then the older seasoned employee was helping her. So it was really a great experience today. However, 2 months ago, they messed up my order. 3 times in a row, and I have not received my $15 Dollar gift card as promised, so if starbucks is listening, give me my gift card, here is the reference number CS16830483
Ordered Caramel Frappuccino for my daughter, with 4 pumps frap roast, 7 pumps caramel syrup and this is what I received?? Barely tasted any caramel!! Did they not have any caramel syrup? We ended up trashing it.. please try to do better!
