I am writing to formally report an incident of extremely poor customer service and racial discrimination that occurred at your location on N. Shiloh Road and Arapaho Road. During my visit on July 2nd at approximately 3pm, both the barista and the manager on duty were disrespectful and displayed unprofessional, racist behavior toward me. Fatal. Tienen 0 de calidad para atención al cliente, especialmente para los que les llevan sus productos a los clientes. Técnicamente te ignoran, ni preguntan, ni te ven, es un trato deplorable. Extraño en una cadena que te cobra un café caro por "el ambiente y el servicio" . Nada recomendado !
Dear Starbucks, please refer to the recipes, the coconut latte is NOT served with flaked coconut. You should not have added it unless requested, thanks for ruining this cup. Also, when a customer orders an extra hot beverage, why are you not added a sleeve? For a latte that costs nearly $8? You cannot give a sleeve to prevent me from burning my hand?
