I just needed to use the restroom, but they asked me three times if I had bought anything because the restroom was only for customers. I explained that I’d been there not too long ago, but it didn’t seem to matter. They even forgot the cream cheese on my first order, so I had to go back a second time. I ordered a simple black coffee and asked for cream on the side and asked for some sugar. The person on the mic in the drive through was already taking my order fast and was being dismissive. I pulled up to the front and noticed they didn’t give me the cream, so I asked them for the cream and the sugar. I was only handed the cream after waiting for a while and they forgot my sugar. I normally do a pick order, and my time to pick up was 12:18. Older woman inside at 12:00 pm on march 23rd was rude. I understand you’re busy, just wanted to know if it was done or not since they were so busy. The older woman asks me for the name when I’m showing her my pick up order on their app with the name at the top. So I have to show her physically. They are very unprofessional and very rude … I came in the store around 5:30am to buy me a cup of ice water to take my medicine that I forgot to take before I left my house…. I got put out instead of them explaining why … It’s too early in the day to have such a nasty attitude towards someone that’s in need … Then to top it off I really felt like I was treated differently because I’m African American … The Manager on duty along with the crew that works early mornings shifts
