I ordered at the drive through and it took 15 minutes to get to the window. At the window they told me there wasnt protein for my drink so they asked if I would be okay with regular milk. I said "you mean oat milk" (because thats what I ordered) she repeated that the protein milk was out and again I repeated that "oatmilk is okay". She said okay, then told her peer that regular milk was okay. I definetley got a dairy milk and was upcharged for a specialty latte despite it being a regular one. Disappointing.
I stop here for my morning coffee every morning. The friendly and quick staff is a nice way to start off my day. The double shot dolce latte is the way to go.
this is one of the best starbucks i have ever been to. the staff is kind and efficient! i recommend coming to this location.
They wouldn't let my service dog inside just to order my coffee and leave had to argue with the manager and ended up just leaving
