Met family to sit outside and catch up. Comfortable and clean. Coffee and breakfast sandwich were perfect as usual and super fast!
I’m not sure why but ordered a side cup of cold foam, we always order extra just in case on our road trips. The employee had an awful attitude, said that Starbucks doesn’t allow you to purchase extra cold foam. We have never had that issue and we have been all over the southeast, multiple states. Another employee had to take over and apologized. Not sure why it was such a major issue.
Consistently the worst drive thru experience in all quick establishments. 30+ minute wait is insane. It screams carelessness.
