Money well spend, the tall gentleman Kota earned every cent of his tip! Not only did he make the best Starbucks I’ve ever, he was also in love with me(I could see it in his eyes(I didn’t mind))
Everyone works only for drive through! I waited 30 minutes for my order. There were almost no people inside. It's faster to drive in, get your order, and then go inside 🤣🤣🤣 Very poorly organized work...
We we're told mobile orders weren’t a priority when ordering and that if you order we can be prepared to wait up to 14 minutes for our orders and the drive thru and cafe orders are first priority. So if I pick up my drink in the drive thru on a mobile order are you gonna make me get out of line or you going to make the people behind me wait 14 minutes because my drink isn’t a priority?
I’ve been here so many times! Every time I come inside, the baristas who are making the drinks aren’t friendly at all. Especially Kouri. Everyone else was nice to me and greeted me like they actually wanted to work there.
I just bought tea before closing time but the lid popped off and it really burned my hand. I tapped on the door for them to let me back in right at 7 p.m. (closing time) just long enough to run my hand under cold water and get a new lid, but they wouldn't let me in despite the fact that my hand was obviously red and scalded. The two young people inside just kept looking at me like "We're Closed!" and I was stupid, despite me pointing to my hand a repeated saying "My hand is burned, can I please come rinse it under cold water... read more
