wait times are ridiculous and no good customer service
Absolutely terrible!! Please explain why it takes over 40 minutes to get to the window in a very short line!! (Literally not even 10 cars). I gave this location few chances and nothing has changed, slow employees who claimed they are “short staffed” by having 5 employees how is that short staffed? When I worked in a very busy Starbucks location with only ONE person to help me and still was able to get that line moving quicker. I truly hate leaving negative reviews but this is ridiculous!!!! Austin provided great hospitality during our visit. I had originally ordered a Pour Over, but I ended up with a regular drip coffee due to a miscommunication. In speaking to Austin about this, he not only delivered on what I originally requested, but gave me the rest of the 1lb beans to take home as a gift. Thank you.
