I've been there five times for coffee with my family, and all five times have been terrible. The staff treat you poorly, and the coffee is awful. The five times I've had coffee here have been very unpleasant.

This was a stunningly abysmal experience of attempting to acquire an 8-ounce cup of coffee that wasn't flooded to tasteless tepidity by "Fat Free Half & Half" or heavy cream. It's too late for Howard Schultz or anyone to rescue this name that once stood for something. If you want coffee, go elsewhere.
10 people bouncing around behind the counter and I'm given a coffee with two holes in the cup which leaked in my car. They must have known the cup was bad because they doubled up by placing it in a second cup. The only problem was both cups leaked. I paid $5.00 to have coffee leak all over my vehicle and had to trash it to prevent further leakage. Thanks for nothing.
