These guys love putting whipped cream on no whipped cream orders, but if that's my biggest complaint, I'd say it's doing pretty well. I've come back maybe weekly on average over the last year, and the employees I have run into here are always really attentive and personable. I do really like coming back here and have had no issues, I guess except the whipped cream but I consider that pretty minor. My drinks have never tasted burnt here like they do in some of the other locations so I'm pretty happy.
Super friendly staff and excellent customer service. Parking isn't so good due to location but overall a 5 star.
Worst experience I’ve ever had with a Starbucks. My cold brew tasted a bit off and the baristas have an attitude problem even when just placing my order. I understand being overwhelmed by the influx of orders in the morning but it’s just unacceptable. This was my go-to location when I wanted to treat myself but now the customer service and overall experience has been decreasing heavily. They are also always having inappropriate conversations! Even in front of customers WITH children!
Baristas were attentive and helpful. I’m easy with a black coffee but the sandwich was surprisingly tasty. Very happy with the real dishes and mug for dine in. Would order again.
