Bri was great today.
Just not any good anymore. Poor service and poor leadership. The young people who work there do their best but leadership is the problem. Ordered a single coffee from the app. I live 7-8 minutes away. I walked to the store to pick up the drink. After I arrived it was another 12 minutes. The barista was clearly not trained and his efficiency was low as he jumped from station to station. The “manager” just stood in the way and watched with his arms crossed.
