Such a disappointment because this store has gone down in service 100% since the new management. , Brian the store manager is horrible customer service skills do not exist. Employees do not like to help customers and literally seem upset to be at work . The quality of drinks/food is not good anymore very disappointed. When I asked for my mobile order after waiting for almost 15 minutes after pick up, Brian, the store manager bit my head off and told me the store was swamped because it was Friday and I just had to wait.
☕️✨ Great coffee + amazing baristas + good vibes = the perfect Starbucks experience! The team here is always kind, quick, and very hard working. The atmosphere is clean, cozy, and inviting, and the drinks are always made with care. It’s clear that the team takes pride in creating a great experience for their customers. Highly recommend this Starbucks! ☕️💚Whether I’m grabbing coffee to go or staying for a while, this place never disappoints. Keep up the great work!
The employee was extremely rude and asked like they didn’t want to be there. I know they are a licensed store because there is no way Starbucks would hired rude people like this. I asked for a venti and they took it alone themselves to just give me a grande, no big deal but they didn’t even offer to remake it. No smiles no greetings, no thanks ↔️
