Really disappointed with this visit. I ordered a customized matcha latte, and instead of just making it, the employee questioned why I had “so many” customizations and then started speaking another language in front of me. It felt rude and unnecessary. The drink looked bad and wasn’t made well either. Starbucks is known for letting customers customize their drinks, so I don’t understand the attitude for doing exactly that. Basic customer service and respect shouldn’t be too much to ask. Ordered on march 4th around ~12ish

This store doesn’t accept mobile app orders, I have to order in person. I was overcharged for my drink, paying $3 more than the app’s price. Check the price before you pay
