I wanted a Matcha I even pointed at the picture . And employee gave me a drink that was white like milk . I tried telling her it’s wrong but her attitude is just so rude. She also got my daughter’s drink wrong. She seemed high out of her mind so I wasn’t going to argue with someone whose mind wasn’t even all there.
My 14 year old and 15 year old went in to order two drinks this morning.we have been stopping by everyday this week.everyday it is something,and to clarify it’s the closest Starbucks to my children’s school so traffic wise it is just easier as far as location.Two females employees were working this morning. Really disappointed with this visit. I ordered a customized matcha latte, and instead of just making it, the employee questioned why I had “so many” customizations and then started speaking another language in front of me. It felt rude and unnecessary. The drink looked bad and wasn’t made well either. Starbucks is known for letting customers customize their drinks, so I don’t understand the attitude for doing exactly that. Basic customer service and respect shouldn’t be too much to ask. Ordered on march 4th around ~12ish
