Yikes! Someone get Katie some Managment training. I observed her rolling her eyes and talking down to the entire staff. She kept snapping at the other employees and being generally very rude and disrespectful. Hopefully someone can get some eyes and ears in there to observe this behavior. Otherwise you’ll be seeing some high turnover.

The Starbucks inside the Safeway in Vail is nothing but great. Every time I stop by, I’m met with friendly and welcoming baristas who always make the experience enjoyable. The service is consistently great—I’ve never had a single issue with my order. No matter how busy they are, my drinks are always made correctly and taste just the way they should.
