Really bad customer service. They don’t really care about your order either. Please try another Starbucks location at the airport because this one is horrible.
One employee is standing around doing nothing at all while there's an enormous line and the other two are hustling. Ridiculous. Someone needs training
Great airport location, right outside a security checkpoint. Mobile order was quick and easy, sandwiches were pipping hot, and cold brew had the requested amount of cream.
I ordered a cup of Royal English Breakfast Hot Tea. I waited for 30 minutes but I haven’t received my drink so I nicely told the staff who took my order that I haven’t received my drink, but she didn’t even double check around, just rudely told me look for my drink and don’t be mad at her. It turned out she really forgot my order, all she needed to do was put a tea bag in a cup then fill with hot water, took only 2 minutes. She even didn’t say sorry
