When they do decide to be open, service is not with a sense of urgency. The cashier and baristas just get to you whenever they feel like it. Today I visited , there was a lady in front of me and I noticed that there was a huge space between her the register. The cashier noticed but continued to talk to the other barista. They are like never open. I am at the target this Starbucks is in once or twice a week. You cannot rely on them to be open. I’ve gone during the morning hours and evening hours and it’s rare they are open. It’s 9:30a right now and they aren’t open. They are supposed to be open at 8am. If the Starbucks hours are different, everything online needs to reflect that.
This is more like a generic Starbucks. They didn't have the ingredients for the Carmel Crunch Frappuccino or any blended fraps. They didn't have the energy drinks either. This was the case for 4 days while I shopped in Target. I stopped going to this Starbucks, and had to drive to the Starbucks on 746 Old York Rd @ Rodman. Don't waste your time going here it you want the good drinks, or good customer service. The employees here are more interested in remedial conversations with each other than serving you.
