This location consistently makes their drinks wrong. Last night I ordered a large caramel macchiato and it came with no espresso when it's supposed to have 3 shots of espresso in it. This has happened before to me at this location. Will not be returning. Message to owner stop scamming people because this is happening a lot and is not a simple mistake. It is repeatedly happening. Stop scamming people and do better!!!
Went here last night and once again this location didn't add any espresso to the large caramel macchiato that is supposed to have 3 shots of espresso in it. Normally I have turned right back around and had them remake it. Not this time. Figured a review was more fitting. Now I'm seeing the same occurrence in other reviews. It’s about time to stop coming to this location. Their attitude gets worse by the day they act like they don’t want to work and they don’t care about life . We simply ordered 2 drinks on the app for the drive thru and apparently arrived too early for their liking. They made it a point to let us know to wait before coming to the drive through even though no one was there. I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this Starbucks. I ordered a Venti Iced Horchata Shaken Espresso, and what I received looked nothing like the drink Starbucks advertises or what I’ve consistently received at other Starbucks locations. It was basically a cup of milk with a few ice cubes and barely any espresso. For a drink that costs almost $8, I expect to receive what I paid for. I went back and asked if they could remake it.
