This is the worst Starbucks in the U.S.- unfriendly staff and never hit timing.
I don’t think you understand how racism still exists go to this store and be fooled by the fake smiles everyday not just on April first. There are 0 workers with color but doesn’t give them the right to mistreat someone coming to pick up an order or be ignored when asked when will the order be ready. The store make sure they do not have my order ready when I come to pick up then act like I am the problem just because the color of my skin multiple times I have been mistreated and I feel bad for anyone else who has had issues ... read more
They seemed very disorganized and it wasn't busy AT ALL. Had to remind them about our food order. Drinks taste watered down. Had to remind them that I wanted extra crunchy crumble stuff on top of my drink. It was also super hot in there!
The last review that I left here was on the low side; however, that was several months ago, and I am updating it because of my experience today. It would have been a standard experience at any Starbucks that I visit--which is usually pretty good; however, Indigo made this experience stand out in an extremely positive way.
