I’ve been here at least four times within the last two weeks and have not had a perfect drink once. I’m a former Starbucks barista so I like to give grace, especially early in the mornings, but after four incorrect drinks no more grace can be given. I’ve had my matcha come with no classic, my white mocha not stirred into my lattes, so much ice the cup is stiff, etc.
Used to love this place - for a great cappuccino everytime - they were always consistent. Last four times - watery or milky with no coffee flavor. Used to come in two to three times a week, but not willing to waste my money anymore on a $5 cup of hot milk.
