It was a busy morning
very bad customer service wrong drink they make and they get mad because they make my drink twice
Took 5 minutes for a employee to speak. 🤦♀️ In it wasn't busy around the time I was there.
Coffee should never take 30 minutes for a mobile Order… Customers inside talking and on their laptops, but not a single one drinking coffee, so I believe the delay comes from taking care of the drive-thru customers first… There was no greeting at this store and all baristas seem overwhelmed… ↔️ Hopefully it will improve, but I should stick to my regular store…
This starbucks is so rude the people who work the drive threw are not friendly at all we came here after being in the heat all day after soccer practice and asked for waters they immediately said no unless we purchased drinks i wouldnt have minded paying for the waters there needs to be a water button charge i might have even bought a drink like they said too had they not been rude I think paying 25 cents a water would be a fair option as well even a dollar. Just something for them to think about
