I always have such a great experience at this Starbucks! The store is clean, welcoming, and the drinks are always made just right. The team is friendly and works quickly, even during the busiest times. I especially want to give a shout-out to the manager, Berniece Urrea. She goes above and beyond to make sure customers feel valued and taken care of. You can tell she truly cares about both her staff and the customers. Her positive energy makes this location stand out. Highly recommend stopping by!
Everytime I come here it’s insanely busy and there’s only like 3 people working, with a line wrapped around the building. The manager is never there, and it’s just like what is going on?? The drinks always come out well, but cmon this definitely needs to be managed better and not taking advantage of the 3 little workers yall got!
